CONTENTS AND STORAGE
Damage often impacts personal belongings in addition to the structure. Proper handling and documentation are essential. This includes contents not directly affected by damage - oftentimes to get to the source of the issue, many personal items still need to be carefully relocated. This can sometimes be more time-consuming than the damage repair itself.

OUR CONTENTS PROCESS
inventory & documentation
Items are carefully inventoried and photographed.
PACK out & Disposal
Contents that need to be relocated so that the repairs can be made are safely removed and transported (if necessary) for storage. Any damaged items that are non-salvageable are discarded, after proper documentation.
Secure Storage
Contents are stored in a controlled environment, until the time that the repair is complete. This may be on-site or off-site, depending on the job, occupancy, and other factors.
return or disposal
Restored items are returned; non-restorable items are documented.
